Who can join?
Muslim adults aged 18 or over seeking marriage, wherever they live. Each member declares their own birth date; Yahalaly does not currently carry out independent age or government-ID checks.
What does profile review mean?
We review completeness, visible suitability and apparent rule violations. It is not an identity or background check, or proof of marital status, profession, income, faith or intentions. It does not guarantee safety or compatibility.
Can I choose how my photos are shown?
Yes. Photos are optional. If you add one, you can choose public visibility, blurred until mutual interest, or hidden until you approve access. Respect the other person’s choices and pace; a profile view or one-sided Like does not open a chat.
Is it free for men too?
Founding access is currently free for every member, with no card required, message credits, paid gifts or payments between members. Any future paid option would require a new, active purchase decision.
