Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Yahalaly account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile and contact details reasonably current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You may not create an account for another person without permission.
• We may request verification steps to protect users and platform safety.

2) Community Rules and Respectful Conduct

Yahalaly is designed for serious, values-led matchmaking. You agree to communicate respectfully and avoid behavior that harms, intimidates, exploits, or misleads others.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or exploitation of any user.
• No impersonation, catfishing, or deceptive profile claims.
• No sharing of another person's personal information without consent.
• No attempts to coerce, manipulate, or pressure users for money, favors, or personal data.
• No content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates community standards.

3) Prohibited Technical and Commercial Misuse

• No scraping, spidering, reverse engineering, or bulk extraction of data from the service.
• No malware, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attempts, or security probing.
• No unauthorized automation, bots, or scripts that interfere with normal platform operations.
• No unauthorized advertising, spam, or third-party commercial solicitation.

4) User Content and License

You remain responsible for content you upload, publish, or share. By submitting content, you grant Yahalaly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely for operating, securing, and improving the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or reasonable safety expectations.

5) Matching, Communication, and No Outcome Guarantee

Yahalaly provides tools to support introductions and conversations, but does not guarantee any match, relationship, marriage outcome, compatibility level, or communication result.

You are responsible for your off-platform interactions and decisions.

6) Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain trust and safety, we may investigate reports and account activity. Enforcement actions may include warning notices, temporary restrictions, content removal, feature limitations, suspension, or termination.

Serious or repeated violations can result in immediate account removal without prior notice where needed for user safety or legal compliance.

7) Fees, Paid Features, and Billing (If Offered)

Some features may be offered on a paid basis now or in the future. Pricing, subscription period, and renewal terms will be presented before purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a paid period begins.

You authorize us or our payment providers to process charges as disclosed at checkout.

8) Intellectual Property

The Yahalaly brand, software, design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Yahalaly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected materials except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

9) Third-Party Services

Yahalaly may integrate third-party tools for hosting, communications, analytics, verification, and security. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our direct control.

10) Service Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yahalaly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid by you to Yahalaly in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yahalaly and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion through support channels.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, security risks, or extended inactivity where appropriate.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (for example: IP rights, limitation of liability, dispute terms) will remain in effect.

14) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Yahalaly operating entity is established, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support first.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. When updates are material, we will post a revised "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in product or by email.

Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
