Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1) Marriage-intention use only

Use Yahalaly only for genuine, respectful matchmaking oriented toward marriage. Attempting to arrange, advertise, facilitate, or redirect a prohibited activity is itself prohibited, whether it occurs on Yahalaly or moves off-platform after a Yahalaly introduction.

• No sexually driven dating, casual-sex or hookup arrangements, sugar or compensated dating, escorting, prostitution, erotic massage, fetish services, mail-order-bride-style commercial arrangements, or any other sexual service.
• Do not misrepresent relationship status, identity, age, location, marriage intention, or another material fact to obtain contact, attention, money, or access.
• Do not use a profile to investigate, recruit, shame, expose, or monitor another person.

2) Sexual content and solicitation are prohibited

• No pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, adult live-chat activity, or links that direct members to such content or services.
• Do not buy, sell, request, exchange, or promote intimate photos, videos, live streams, subscriptions, or other sexual content.
• No non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, threats to publish intimate material, or recording or redistribution of private content.
• Do not pressure another member for sexual discussion, intimate images, physical contact, or conduct outside their stated boundaries.

3) Minors, exploitation, and trafficking

• No person under 18 may create or use an account, be presented as a matchmaking participant, or be targeted through the service.
• No child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexualization of a minor, sextortion, or attempt to obtain sexual content from a minor.
• No human trafficking, forced or coerced marriage, recruitment for exploitation, sale or control of a person, or facilitation of any such conduct.
• Do not use religious, family, immigration, housing, employment, reputational, or financial pressure to trap or control another person.

4) Harassment, coercion, and non-consensual conduct

• No harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, bullying, hate, humiliation, blackmail, doxxing, coercive control, or encouragement of self-harm or violence.
• Respect a pass, unmatch, block, refusal, request for space, or decision not to move off-platform. Repeated unwanted contact is prohibited.
• Do not publish, forward, screenshot, record, identify, or expose another person's profile, photos, messages, contact details, report, location, workplace, or family information without permission and a lawful reason.
• No impersonation, catfishing, identity manipulation, or creation of content that falsely appears to come from another person.

5) Scams and financial solicitation

• No scams, fraud, phishing, deceptive emergencies, romance fraud, advance-fee schemes, fundraising, financial rescue requests, or attempts to obtain account access or verification codes.
• Do not request, offer, send, or solicit cash, loans, deposits, travel funds, medical funds, gift cards, cryptocurrency, investments, trading opportunities, bank transfers, payment credentials, or access to a financial account.
• Do not promote investment, foreign-exchange, cryptocurrency, lending, money-transfer, crowdfunding, or get-rich-quick schemes.

6) No payments between members or monetized messaging

Yahalaly does not provide peer-to-peer payments, hold member funds, or operate a marketplace between members. Members and third parties must not use Yahalaly or a Yahalaly introduction to collect, route, broker, or facilitate payments between members.

Yahalaly does not operate a pay-per-message marketplace. Any future fee charged directly by Yahalaly for its own clearly disclosed service would be governed by separate pricing and billing terms and would not authorize payments between members.

• No paid message credits, tokens, pay-per-message services, paid replies, paid introductions, or charges to start, continue, prioritize, or unlock a conversation.
• Do not require payment, a tip, gift, purchase, donation, or subscription as a condition for replying, meeting, revealing a profile or photo, or continuing contact.
• Do not use an outside payment service to evade these restrictions.

7) Illegal activity and sanctions evasion

• Do not use Yahalaly to plan, promote, offer, purchase, sell, conceal, or facilitate illegal goods, services, transactions, violence, exploitation, money laundering, terrorist activity, document fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
• Do not use the service to evade an embargo, trade restriction, asset freeze, financial control, or sanction that lawfully applies to you or a transaction.
• Do not conceal the location, identity, ownership, beneficiary, purpose, or destination of conduct to bypass legal or financial restrictions.
• Yahalaly does not represent that it performs a government sanctions check on every member; this prohibition remains each user's responsibility and may be enforced when relevant information is identified.

8) Platform and security abuse

• No scraping, crawling of private pages, bulk extraction, bots, fake engagement, automated messaging, automated account creation, or use of member data to build a database, model, or competing service.
• No malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, malicious files or links, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or attempts to access another account or non-public system.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass authentication, rate limits, photo visibility, blocking, moderation, suspension, or another access control, except where applicable law grants a non-waivable right.
• Do not create replacement or coordinated accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate recommendations, file false reports, spam members, or interfere with service operation.

9) Commercial solicitation and advertising

• No unauthorized advertising, sales, lead generation, affiliate marketing, political campaigning, fundraising, charity collection, surveys, research recruitment, or promotion of a business or paid service.
• Do not recruit members for employment, multi-level marketing, investment groups, other platforms, paid matchmaking, escorting, content sales, or promotional communities.
• Do not harvest member information or use it for marketing, profiling, or contact outside the purpose for which it was shared.

10) Enforcement and reporting

Yahalaly may reject or remove content, limit distribution or features, warn, suspend, or remove an account when this policy is violated or a serious safety, legal, payment, or security risk is identified. Severity, available evidence, context, prior conduct, and risk to others inform the response. Severe conduct may result in immediate removal.

Yahalaly may preserve relevant records and disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law. The service cannot promise to identify or prevent every violation and is not an emergency service.

Report member conduct in-app when possible and follow up at safety@yahalaly.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Security vulnerabilities must be reported privately under the Security Policy.
